Welcome to September and
for some of you, the beginning of another fiscal year. This
month also kicks off the first of many big events, including
global conferences and Pertmaster seminars. We are focusing
on these events this month, but don't forget to visit our
website for the Project Risk evaluation if you haven't yet.
Last month we announced the release of our new version 7.8,
download it here.
We have also compressed all three of our
newsletters into this one to keep you well informed and your
inbox clutter-free.
To your project success,

Brooke Browne, Marketing

How can I remove a 3pt estimate once
it is assigned to a task?
There are two ways:
1.
Choose 'Risk Summary' from the Risk Menu. This will display all the risks
in the schedule.
Locate the distribution and click on the
'Delete' button.
OR
2. Add a the column to the
barchart called 'Risk input - duration Function'.
Simply press
delete on the cell with the function in it.
To delete all the
distributions at once, press Ctrl+Shift+ <down
arrow> to
highlight the entire column.
Then press delete - and presto!
All distributions are removed.
